Project Update & Urgent Fundraising Appeal

Due to recent federal cutbacks, our community association has unfortunately lost out on a vital $300,000 grant. This funding was a key component of our original financial plan, and its absence presents a significant challenge to the completion of our long-awaited project.

When we first set our $1,000,000 goal, it reflected the projected costs at that time. However, with rising construction and material costs, the total cost has now increased to $1,300,000. Despite this setback, we are more committed than ever to completing this project for our community. We’re moving forward by: *Doubling down on fundraising efforts *Exploring new grant opportunities *Calling on our community to help close the funding gap.

We need to raise an additional $300,000 to bring our vision to life. Every donation –large or small–brings us closer to the finish line. If you haven’t already done so, please join so many others in our community and donate. If you have already donated, consider doing so again.

Please send any donation to: HLCA P.O. Box 55, Hubbard Lake, MI. 49747

This project is for the future of the community. With your support, we can overcome this challenge and build something lasting together.

If you have any questions, please send a private message or call/text 989.464.3936.
